What I Eat In A Day to Lose Weight as a Vegan / Weight Loss Vlog #4

Welcome to Vlog #4 in my Weight Loss Journey!

Follow me as I spend a chill day with my family and see what I typically eat and do to lose weight as a vegan.

You'll see some really great, easy recipes that you can make at home!

RECIPES include:

Matcha Latte

Overnight Oats

Kale, Avocado, Tempeh Bacon, and Sauerkraut Salad

Wasabi Sushi Sauce

Mango Smoothie

Maple Mustard Dressing:

2 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbs. Tamari

2 Tbs. Maple Syrup

2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard

2 Tbs. Tahini

Put all the ingredients in a jar and give it a good shake!
