1.) COOK BROWN RICE
- 1 cup brown rice, rinsed
- 2 cups filtered water
* Cooked in RICE COOKER
2.) COOK GARBANZO BEANS/CHICKPEAS
- 4 cups Garbanzo Beans, soaked overnight (this step can be skipped, but it will increase cooking time)
- Filtered water (about 12-13 cups water // I covered them with 1-2inches above beans)
* Cooked in Pressure cooker on BEANS setting, HIGH pressure
NOTE: You can cook the beans on the stove top or slow cooker as well, cooking times may vary.
3.) COOK ADZUKI BEANS
- 2 cups Adzuki beans, soaked overnight
- Filtered water, cover beans 1 inches above
- 2-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 White onion, diced
- Hickory Liquid Smoke, couple drops for flavor
* Cook on stovetop. Sauté onion and garlic with some oil (optional), add in beans, water, and liquid smoke. Bring to boil, cover, & simmer on low for 45min- 1hr (or until beans are done)
4.) COOK 13 BEAN MIX
- 4 cups 13 Bean Mix, soaked overnight
- Filtered Water, cover beans 1-2 inches above
* Cook on stovetop (same as above)
5.) Prep Veggies (see below for quantities of veggies needed in recipes)
6.) COOK MIXED QUINOA
- 1 cup Mixed Quinoa, rinsed
- 2 cups Filtered Water
* Cooked in Rice Cooker (can be cooked on stove top as well)
7.) COOK SWEET POTATO (for Adzuki Burger Patties)
- 2 Medium Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
* Cooked in AIRFRYER: 380 degrees, 22 min
8.) PREP OVERNIGHT OATS
- 4 cups Old Fashion Oats
- Water + Plant- Based Milk, fill half and half until oats are cover about (1-2 cups waters and 2-3 cups plant milk)
- 1/4 cup Hemp seeds
- cinnamon, to taste
* Add everything to a container and store in fridge. Even though these are called "overnight oats" they are usually ready to eat after 2-4 hours. Add desired toppings.
9.) PREP ADZUKI BEAN BURGERS
- 1 fairly big Shallot, diced
- 4-6 Shishito Peppers, diced (you can substitute for other chili)
*Roast on a pan with some oil, set aside
TO ASSEMBLE BURGERS:
- 2 cups COOKED Adzuki Beans
- 1 cup COOKED Brown Rice
- 1 cup COOKED Sweet Potato
- 1 cup of COOKED Shishito peppers and shallots
- 3 Tbsp. Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Tapioca Flour
- 1 tsp. of each: Cumin, garlic powder, Braggs 24 herb and spice mix
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- salt and pepper
*Form into patties and cook on pan for 3-4 min on each side.
10.) PREP CHICKPEA SALAD
- Chickpeas we cooked earlier (4 cups dry cooked about 8-10 cups)
*optional to peel off skins
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3-4 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice (mine does not have any artificial coloring or sweeteners)
vegan mayo substitute:
- 1/2 block tofu, pressed slightly to remove excess liquid
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
splashes of unsweetened soy milk to process
- 1-2 tsp. Garlic powder
-Salt & pepper to taste (lots of white pepper on mine!)
*To assemble, add chickpeas to container (mine is an 11 cup pyrex container), add celery and onion to food processor to finely mince (optional), then remove and set aside. Next add in "vegan mayo" substitute ingredients to food processor and blend until creamy and smooth. Add unsweetened plant milk as needed. Then add the mayo mixture to chickpeas, celery and onion mix, and the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine, taste test, & adjust seasonings to your liking. I added more pepper, lemon juice and you can even add mustard to change up the flavor :)
11.) PREP 13 BEAN & QUINOA SALAD
- 13 BEAN mix that was cooked earlier ( about 4-5 cups)
- Cooked Quinoa (1 cup dry cooked about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced mini sweet peppers
- 1 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup minced cilantro
- salt to taste
- dressing used : apple cider vinegar from ALDIs + Balsamic vinaigrette

Hello! Today I decided to make a video about what I eat in a day. These foods can be good for losing weight because they are very low in calories and fat and very high in water and fiber. Eating fruits and vegetables will provide excellent health benefits, carbohydrates and the sugar it contains is completely necessary and good for the body! So do not be scared, eating fruit will not make you fat, but rather the opposite! I leave you the complete meals below.
BREAKFAST
1 liter of cucumber juice
Peaches and watermelon
LUNCH
Ice cream! First layer is blueberries and banana, the second banana and berries and the third one is mango with banana. The top it is just frozen blended strawberries!
DINNER

Im Jahr 2014 wurde die Racing League Esports unter dem Namen “Racing League F1” gegründet.
Seitdem arbeiten die Administratoren kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung dieser Esports Liga.
Man merkte schnell das eine Liga für die Formel 1 nicht ausreicht und so sind wir mittlerweile auf 6 Ligen gewachsen.
Im Jahr 2018 entschied man sich zum klassischen Formel 1 Ligabetrieb auch noch einen Ligabetrieb für Gran Turismo Sport zugründen. Auch hier sind wir auf mittlerweile 3 Ligen gewachsen und wachsen stetig.
Wir nehmen jeden auf. Egal ob Anfänger, Amateur oder Profi. Alle finden einen Platz bei uns und werden gegen andere fahren in ihrem 𝗪𝗘𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗦
Die Formel 1 fährt immer Sonntags um 20:00 mit allen 6 Ligen gleichzeitig.
Gran Turismo Sport ist auf die Tage: Dienstag, Mittwoch und Donnerstag verteilt und starten ebenfalls um 20:00 Uhr.

As we all know we love a good food related video and i know how much you all love my what i ate today videos so here another one is. Today i wanted to share some delicious but healthy vegan/plant based food that are great for weight loss.

Today’s recipe is energy packed pumpkin soup. It aids in weight loss as it’s low in calories and high in fibre. What’s more? It’s filling and complete meal by itself. Some vegetables and fruits are harvested in specific seasons. It’s nature’s way of hinting what needs to be consumed during that season. Pumpkins are harvested more during winters. Make this delicious soup in no time. Coming to the recipe
1. Take orange pumpkin, cut in halves, remove the seeds ( these are useful...I will show in another recipe how to make them as a snack ) , remove the gut( this isn’t useful and is discarded ) and peel it. Now cut into small pieces. Our pumpkin is ready now.
2. Heat a pressure cooker and add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Once oil is hot add 1 fine chopped medium sized onion. Let it sauté till translucent. To this add roughly chopped 2 garlic cloves, 1 inch chopped ginger, 1 cup diced carrots ( I took 2 medium sized carrots ) and 2 cups of pumpkin. Sauté on high and mix well.
3. Now just add enough water to submerge the vegetables. If you wish you can add vegetable broth too. This soup absolutely tastes delicious either way. Give a quick mix.
4. Add spring of rosemary. This induces nice aroma to our soup. Add salt to taste and pressure cook it for 2 whistles. It is easy to make this recipe in pressure cooker... if you don’t have cooker, you can make it in a sauce pan too...just cover and let it simmer till tender.
5. Once done, remove the rosemary herb aside and use a master to mash the soup. If you wish just blend to purée once cooled.
6. Ground 1 tsp dry roasted coriander seeds and 1 red chilli to coarse powder.
Take your soup in a bowl and add pinch of grounded coriander powder and pinch of pepper and garnish with mint leaf. Enjoy this vegan soup with a wheat toast.

1 cauliflower fried rice 400 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1/2 small head cauliflower
1 egg
1 egg white
salt and black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
4 oz breast
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 red bell pepper
1 scallion
1/8 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
Preparation
Heat a few drops of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add eggs cover and cook, without stirring, until fully cooked. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Add 1 tsp olive oil to the pan, add ginger, garlic meat and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add bell pepper cut into strips scallion stirring, and cover until just tender, 2 to 4 minutes. Transfer everything to a bowl.
add cauliflower rice and stir until beginning to soften, about 4 minutes.
Return the meat mixture and eggs to the pan; add soy sauce and stir until well combined.
2 vegetable soup 370 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 medium red onion
1/2 medium yellow bell pepper
2 skinless boneless chicken thighs
salt and black pepper
5 oz potato
4 oz canned diced tomatoes
1/2 cup low sodium broth
1/2 cup water
1 bay leaf
Preparation
Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
add garlic, onion, bell pepper, stirring often, until soft, about 2 minutes. Add chiken and cook until the meat has lost its raw color, about 3 minutes, add potato, and tomatoes.
Stir in broth, water, salt pepper, oregano and bay leaf, cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
3 burger recipe 420 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp instant yeast
salt and black pepper
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp honey
1 egg
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp seasme seeds
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 medium red bell pepper
6 oz ground chicken breast
1/4 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Preparation
-Mix whole wheat flour, salt, and instant yeast. Set aside.
-warm together water and honey in a microwave.
-Add the water-honey mixture to the flour mixture and mix.
-Add the whisked egg, oil and mix (save 2 tbsp whisked egg for egg wash)
-Knead with your hand until thoroughly combined.
-Transfer this dough to a oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and keep at a warm place for 1-2 hours or until double in size.
-After the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air.
-Divide it into 2 equal portions. Roll each dough portion into a ball and place on baking sheet.
- Cover with a kitchen towel and let them rise for an hour or till almost doubled in size. Meanwhile preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
- Brush each with egg , then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake at 400 F degrees for 10-12 minutes
in a very large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, bell pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in meat, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes more or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce; heat through.
Spoon the mixture onto bun halves.
4 healthy salad with fruit 410 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
6 walnut halves
4 oz chicken breast boiled cut into cubes
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 apple
1/2 cup halved grapes
1 oz spinach
Preparation
Place a dry skillet over medium heat and add the chopped walnut. Cook, stirring and turning constantly, until the walnuts are aromatic and lightly browned. Transfer them to a plate to cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt.
Add boiled meat, apple, grapes, spinach. and stir until all ingredients are combined.
