WHAT I EAT IN A DAY FOR WEIGHT LOSS | RAW VEGAN

Hello! Today I decided to make a video about what I eat on a day when I want to eat lighter. These foods can be good for losing weight because they are very low in calories and fat and very high in water and fiber. Eating fruits and vegetables will provide excellent health benefits, carbohydrates and the sugar it contains is completely necessary and good for the body! So do not be scared, eating fruit will not make you fat, but rather the opposite! I leave you the complete meals below.

BREAKFAST

1 liter of celery and cucumber juice

A plate of blackberries, blueberries, figs, green grapes, raspberries and watermelon.

LUNCH

1/4 watermelon chopped in cubes

DINNER

Zucchini pasta with mustard sauce

Ingredients:

zucchini in spirals

Radishes

1/2 avocado

raspberries

blueberries

strawberries

carrot

For the sauce

1 tablespoon of mustard

The juice of a lemon

Vinegar (optional)

curry powder

paprika powder

Method: first cut and spiral the zucchini and other ingredients. Then make the sauce. Simply mix everything and serve with your pasta!
