I have made a simple beans and veggie recipe, easy to follow.This recipe has helped a lot with weight loss. (Side note: made a spelling mistake in the video).
The ingredients are below:
We got lots of ingredients
Mixed veggies
soy & worcestershire sauce
6x Fagioli Borlotti Beans
Garlic powder/ mince garlic
ginger powder
thyme
Salt
Black pepper
mixed spices
Garam Masala
Paprika
Turmeric powder
fresh red chilli
1x can diced tomatoes
nandos hot sauce
curry powder
onion 1x
ground coriander seeds
mushrooms
chilli infused virgin olive oil
Massel liquid chicken stock
cubed chciken stock
zucchini
2x green fresh chilli
2x Celery
Ground Cayenne Pepper
