Skinny Recipe : Stir Fry Cabbage Caribbean Style | Vegan Recipe (Jerk Cabbage)

This delicious easy skinny recipe Stir Fry Jerk Caribbean style cabbage Easy To Make. You can eat alone or with rice. Enjoy.

Jerk Spice:

1. head of Cabbage and 2 large carrots

or buy a bag of cabbage with carrots already shredded.

1. 1 Large red onion

2. 1 Head Of Garlic

3. 1. Teaspoon jerk seasoning

4. 1 package Teaspoon Soya (Salad & Veggie Seasoning)

5. 1/4 Teaspoon onion powder

6. 1/4 Teaspoon All spice

7. 1/4 teaspoon Adobo All purpose spice

8. 1/4 Garlic powder

9. Pinch of black pepper

No salt needed.

Cook for 5 minutes covered on low to medium heat. No water needed.
