Most of us aren’tlucky enough to see an elephant up close unless we’re at the zoo or something of that sort.
These majestic, wild, and enormous animals may seem like big serene teddy bears in most settings, but we most likely think that because we never actually see them in the wild, or in interrupted settings. But the truth is, just like any other animal, elephants can get angry too.
And theelephant you’re about to see in the streets of South Africadefinitely has its moments.
As South African photographerMario Paul records, we see the elephantmaking big movements in the middle of the road.
Cars surrounding it have stoppedor have tried to get out of the way, and there are even some rangers there trying to get everyone, including the elephant, out of the area safely.
He’son amain road between Hoedspruit and Phalaborwa, near Kruger National Park in South Africa, and although it may have bea scary moment for some, most people stop to watch.
The footage below looks as if it’s something from a movie, but for people in South Africa, this seems to be a decently common occurrence.
