According to reports, a "well-known" casting director posted a message on an online board specifically for managers and agents last week requesting that someone representing Kaepernick give her a call.
According to TMZ, that casting director is currently working on both a TV pilot and a movie (the movie purportedly includes other athletes already, like Kyrie Irving, Shaq, Reggie Miller, Chris Webber, and Lisa Leslie).
No word yet on exactly what that casting director may want to tab Kaepernick for, but regardless, it'd be his first acting gig.
As public a persona as he's become, wading through Trump's mindless bashing and a whole lot of controversy, Hollywood might be a natural angle for the quarterback…
We'll see though, as only time will tell whether it all comes together.
