Add your potato, chili powder, garlic powder, onion, jalapeno and pink pepper right into a skillet with 1/2 cup of water. Cover and prepare dinner 10-15 mins or till potatoes are tender. Blend your hummus components in a blender until clean. Top bread with hummus and veggies. Serve with a side of fruit.

Add your potato, water, garlic and bouillon into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, lessen warmth to a simmer, cowl and prepare dinner 10 minutes.
