half of red pepper diced

2 tbsp jalapeΓ±os

2 tbsp chopped onion

2 cup spinach

1 medium potato chopped

half tsp black salt

Add your potato, chili powder, garlic powder, onion, jalapeno and pink pepper right into a skillet with 1/2 cup of water. Cover and prepare dinner 10-15 mins or till potatoes are tender. In a bowl tear your tofu into portions and blend together with turmeric and black salt. Add tofu into the pan, pinnacle with spinach and cook 5 mins or until heat. Serve with a chunk of entire wheat bread and a aspect of salsa.

2 tbsp solar dried tomato soaked

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Italian herbs

1 can cannellini beans rinsed/tired

Salt and pepper to taste

Sandwich elements

2 p whole grain toast or wrap

Avocado

Greens/cucumber/tomato/sprouts/onion

1 cup blueberries & strawberries or other fruit

Blend your hummus components in a blender until clean. Top bread with hummus and veggies. Serve with a side of fruit.

Broccoli cheddar soup

1 massive potato (300) chopped

1/four c dietary yeast

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp better than bullion

2 cup broccoli

1 tsp pink pepper flakes (non-obligatory)

four cups Water

1 c steamed rice Rice

Add your potato, water, garlic and bouillon into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, lessen warmth to a simmer, cowl and prepare dinner 10 minutes. Add in your broccoli and cook another five minutes or until broccoli is gentle. Add on your nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes and mix with an immersion blender until clean. Serve over 1 cup of steamed rice.
