1 Regular Banana
3/4 cup of nut milk
1 tsp of Peanut Butter
choice of seeds/ nuts
Pumpkin
Pistachio
Sunflower
Last time I did the date paste in a food processor it came out thicker, both ways are good, You could even use a personal blender.
