LOWER CARB, HIGH PROTEIN VEGAN FULL DAY OF EATING (Bikini prep week 3)

Hey! In this video I take you guys through a full day of eating on bikini prep, as a vegan! My meals are lower carb, and higher protein. Im currently at 160g of carbs per day. I also show you guys my Vegan Cookie Dough Protein Bar Recipe!

Protein bar recipe: (makes 4 servings)

-1 scoop Vivo Life Salted Maca Caramel

-2 tsp coconut sugar

-3 servings chocolate PB fit

-30g Enjoy Life vegan chocolate chunks- semi sweet

-1.5-2 oz plant based milk

instructions:

-combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips

-add 15 grams of chocolate chips after combining the base

-mold into bars and freeze for 20 mins

-Melt the remaining 15 grams of chocolate chips and spread over the top

-freeze for an additional 5 mins, and serve!
