Hi Guys,
Today I am sharing a healthy vegan recipe for fat loss and muscle gain. This recipe is high in protein and fiber and satiates you to the fullest.
Let's look at the ingredients needed for this recipe:
50 gm Boiled Chickpeas (Soak chickpea for 12 hours in warm water and Pressure cook them for 5-6 whistles on low-medium heat)
50 gm Quinoa (Wash quinoa before use, with 1 cup water boil it for 15-20 mins on low-medium heat)
1/2 cup Fresh chopped spinach, carrots, beet, peppers (You may add any veggies of your choice)
1/2 tsp each Spices ( Turmeric,Paprika,Coriander-Cumin Powder)
Salt to taste
