4 cups water
Add butter or vegetable stock
Spinach/mushrooms
1 onion dice
1 yellow sweet pepper
1/4 Cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp scallion and onion powder
1/4 tsp salad and vegetable seasoning
1/4 tsp adobo seasoning
Pinch of ginger
you can add any spices your like as well. Do not use any salt until all the spices are added. then taste.
