½ cup Chickpea
½ cup Black chickpea
½ Onion sliced
3-4Green chili
1tbsp.Ginger garlic paste
½ cup Puffed rice
4-5 tbsp. Gram flour
1 cup Oats
4-5 almonds
4-5 cashew nuts
¼ Black pepper powder
¼ cumin powder roasted
½ tbsp. Red chili powder
½ tbsp. Lemon juice
Salt
Olive oil/normal oil
Method:
Soak (chickpea, black chickpea, kidney beans) half boil them strain the water
In a bowl add 4-5tbsp.gram flour, salt, red chili powder water and make a smooth paste
Grind puffed rice & oats, after that add nuts to it
In a pan 2tbsp.olive oil add cumin seed when it splatter adds oninon,green chili, ginger garlic paste saute until they turn golden brown after that add dry spices(red chili, black pepper, cumin powder) to it and let it cook for 5min.
Lime juice let it cool for 5min. add 3-4tbsp.oats and grind it add some water to it so it become moist now make round Pattie, dip in gram flour mixture and cover with rice puff coating.
In a pan brush some oil and place the Pattie in it, brush some oil and after 5min.flip it over and shallow fry both the side
Serve with green chutney and salad
